Hey guys! So I have a nose piercing. Have had it for 6 months. At first it was healing great, the first 3 months. But I have a toddler and she’s ripped it out a couple of times and I myself have ripped out by accident with my ring or hair ( no actual skin ripping, just it coming out and disrupting the healing process )

Well last night in my sleep i ripped it out again by accident and now my nose is completely swollen, so swollen that the nose ring is now sinking in. 😭 i know I need to be more careful. But now I need to find a way to get this swelling down so my skin doesn’t heal over the nose piercing. Can this heal?? The bar is already long. I imagine it’s sinking in so bad because my nose is extremely swollen. Let me know what I can do to get this swelling down ASAP please guys. Thank you
