Will a 6 month old belly piercing leave a visible scar if removed ?

Y’all so my piercing ended up rejecting after I mistreated like 3 months into the healing cause I got too comfortable and I’m just going to remove it for good, not sure if I’ll repierce in a year but yeah I hate how the scars are looking when I search and I just want my old belly button back 😭 because it was just not worth it, I barely showed it off and then it got cold and now I have remove it etc
