Piercing Bump on Septum?

Hi! I got my septum pierced a little over a month and a half ago. I was pierced with a titanium horseshoe but the balls touching me were a sensory over load, I had my horseshoe switched to an implant grade titanium clicker hoop, last week! I clean once a day with saline sometimes 2 and blow bubbles with warm water once a day in the shower. I went to an APP piercer near me both times but now I have nasty piercing bumps and I can’t get to my piercer.
What do I do?
