Should I take out my conch piercing?

I’ve had it for almost 2 years and just this last month it’s given me trouble. It’s uncomfortable and started swelling up and bleeding. I’ve been cleaning it daily it helped but I have a big bump on the back of my ear and a small bump( took pics with and without the piercing) it’s not uncomfortable anymore but sensitive and the bumps are bothering me I don’t want to take it out it’s my favorite:( but should I?? I’m not sure why after 2 years it’s giving me trouble.
