what piercings should i get?

im wanting a lip piercing or piercings again. ive had a labret ring and stud years ago.. im thinking of angel bites or dahlias or dolphin bites. i also had a cheekbone dermal that i loved but it rejected and fell out. any advice for keeping that piercing for longer? it was fine for about a year. im trying to source a good piercer in my city as well thank you, any advice or ideas are welcome
