I had my PA for 15 years and it ripped out after being tied up by it and falling off the bed during some play time. I had converted it to an apadravya a couples years prior but jumped into having sex a bit too quickly and took it out as it wasn’t healing correctly.
I’m really missing having my dick pierced and debating on too options that I would love some advice or thoughts on.
Option A - get a RPA / apadravya in and keep my current meato. Curious of any guys with an RPA/meato and their thoughts
Option B - get the meato sewn back up finally, wait for it to heal and get the PA out back in
Any advice or experience here would be very helpful
