Post Body

Hello!

I'm thinking of buying a new phone, but I'm kinda lost in what brand or model should I get. I was thinking something about 200$ to 250$, but I'm a bit flexible on the price.

I've been looking at local stores (I'm from Peru, although I could probably get it shipped here) and the Samsung Galaxy A21S (Although I've heard bad things about One UI, maybe it can be changed?) looked good. Some friends also recommended the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 (Although I've heard that the phone has some common problems with speakers and stuff like that)

I would mainly use it for texting (Whatsapp, Discord, Telegram, etc), streaming (Youtube, Spotify, Netflix), video chatting, and maybe some light 2d games. I would like to know I wouldn't need to have an upgrade for the next few 4 or 5 years.

The things I would like would be:

  • Good battery life. It can go a full day on light-medium load without needing to be charged. 1-1.5 days would be better

  • Has to have a headphone jack (I don't like wireless stuff)

  • Minimum 64gb storage space. I think nowadays any phone has this, mine has currently 16gb and I keep running out of space

  • A fingerprint sensor would be nice.

  • Running Android 10 or better

  • GPS/Gyro would be nice, but not a requirement

  • Camera is not that important, I'd like to be able to take pictures without much lag, but it doesn't need to have a million cameras.

Thank you so much for the recommendations!

EDIT: Forgot to say. I'm currently Using a Moto E4 Plus, and I've been using it for a while, no complains about it when I first got it, but nowadays it's slow at opening apps, battery doesn't last that long, and I keep having to delete stuff everyday because I'm running out of space.
