Best phone for 150

My moto5s plus is on its last legs and it's no longer chargine. I can only afford 150 for a new phone right now. I don't play much games other than pokemon go. I ideally want a headphone jack. I was looking at the Redmi Note 8 or the Realme 5 pro. Or even a used pixel 3a. I'm open to buying used/refurb. I just want to know what has the best value right now for something that can last me a few years.
