phone Under $400 that will last a few years?

Need to replace my Nokia 6.1. Max budget $400 (but cheaper is better), something that will generally continue to function for at least a couple of years and fit in my pocket. Those are my only absolute requirements, but I'd prefer USB-C charging and headphone jack.
United States, AT&T (contract shouldn't matter), no preferred brands. Mainly for texting and photos, so no strenuous system requirements.
