Looking for a toddler friendly smart phone

Hi, currently using a Samsung galaxy s7 edge, and it is not the most toddler friendly phone for two reasons :

Physical button allows her to close an app even when using a touch screen lock app
edge allows her to do the same

So, I am looking for something without edge and no physical button (side buttons are ok).

Additional "nice to haves" :

powerful phone (want to use this thing for at least 3 years, and I multitask like a mofo)
wireless charging
ir for controlling the TV

I do not mind spending the money on a good quality device that fits this description.

I am in Australia.
