Budget Upgrade for Galaxy Avant?

I'm in the US, and my network is Ultra Mobile.
I've had a Galaxy Avant (Model # SM-G386T) for a couple years and am looking to upgrade. As you can tell by the Avant, I don't like to spend a ton on my phone. I think I got it for less than $100.
So, any suggestions for something better than the Avant at around $100 or so?
