Stepping up from an iPhone 4
Post Body

Price

On contract is preferred, through AT&T, don't hesitate to suggest off contract phones also (such as the Z3, which I've been looking at)

Screen Size

Since I'm coming from an iPhone 4 anything is going to be a jump in size, I'm comfortable with any size, except for maybe the phablets, since I also plan to pickup the Nexus 9 at some point.

Uses

Battery life isn't horribly important, since I'm almost always at my computer when I use my phone, but I suspect that if I get a more versatile and actually usable phone, performance wise, my use of it will drastically increase.

Most of the overall use will mostly be web browsing with some light gaming.

Location

United States, AT&T

Other

Rooting is a must, so that I can toy my phone however I want, with the full Linux OS experience, being able to do whatever I please

Expandable storage would also be nice, but not completely necessary.

Performance longevity is necessary, since I can't afford a new phone every year.

Things I don't care about

Sound, my phone is always silent, and if I do need audio, I use a pair of IEMs.

Camera, a nice camera is of course, nice, but a low quality camera is not a deal breaker, as long as it's above the quality of the iPhone 4.

Thank you!
