I've had my Droid (original one) for some time now and a Thunderbolt i can't use anymore (Dropped Verizon). Although my droid is a trooper i think i should start looking for a replacement and need something that can take a beating.
I'm outside a lot for work and camping ect, I've looked at that aluminum one (HTC One i think) and the water proof one i don't recall the name of but don't know how they actual hold up to marketing.
Price range: 500ish Not too worried about price if the performance/durability is there.
Carrier: PagePlus (CDMA) No contract so i'm not too worried about having to switch to a gsm.
Usage: Light duty calls and texts. Mainly used for Data - GPS/MAPS, checking emails, teathering to laptop, ect.
Location: USA
Size: Small enough to fit in a pocket, but large enough to see thing son the screen/fat finger buttons.
Any other specifics: I would prefer one with a physical keyboard but I can continue to chicken peck buttons. Ideally it would be waterproof/resistant. Going to be in a case with screen protector but it really can't be made of plastic that will get crushed. Would love to have antenna extension port but if it just gets a solid signal I'd be happy.
