So, I may be a little late to this party, but I am finally watching Picard season two. How does Guinan not recognize the appearance or name of Picard? Also, how does she not look like Whoopi Goldberg even though she looked the same in the 1800s as she did in the 24th century? Has there been an explanation (beyond actor aging)?
