Here's a thought -
What if what was stolen from Daystrom was the removed Borg implants from Locutus
I'm 99.99% confident in saying the Borg are the main driving force behind everything going on with Jack, so we have to ask what would be hidden away at Daystrom that 1) they wouldn't really notice is missing and 2) might play into the larger plot of "why Jack/JL?"
