Been mining for about 5 years, have over 1800pi mined, it was never able to get past the no slots available pop up to kyc.

Got a new iPad, decided to create a whole new account with the same name, did the 30-day mining requirement, was approved for kyc, waiting tentatively now.

I know that the rules say you can only have one account per name, do I delete the one that has 5 years worth of mining on it and wait for kyc, or do I delete the new one and wait for kyc application. I don't believe I've done anything malicious for them to flag my account other than root my phone. And I even unrooted my phone for about 8 months and mined that whole time. I filled out that form two different times, and I keep checking the status of my ticket, but because it's a kyc issue it keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the pile

I really need to know what to do because I don't want to get caught with two accounts, it takes a couple weeks for the account to be deleted once you actually press delete. Please help. Screenshots of both accounts attached Please. Help.
