Questions about abs
Post Body

I’m not asking for critique. But rather I am wondering why I have a bit of a belly. (Left is flexed, right is unflexed) I myself assume it’s because I have honestly barely ever trained abs. (I’ve started training abs since last week and I’ve been training for a year) but I just hoped to see if maybe something else was a problem. I’ve been taking creatine since I started. I also take omega 3 vitamin c and vitamin d. I am on a bulk. (Have been accidentally lean bulking the whole year) and always hungry. I thought maybe it could be that I have a big stomach??? If anyone know something please tell me. And if you have more questions then I’ll answer as soon as possible. Thanks!

More important than the Creatine comments is the fact that your photos are normal. All the people you see online are tensing and flexing their abs. They all have abs that stick out when relaxed. You should have three (general) states of your abs. Flexed, relaxed, pushed out.

So my main point is that your abs are fine and normal. If shutting, they are probably good. Work core if you want for strength but the definition improvement will be minor and more importantly will be eating al habits and body fat percentages.
