Context: I lifted for 19 years on a perma bulk and finally decided to cut. What should I work on? Time to start lifting more?
Curious what you think my bf % is. Scale says 15% but I feel like Iβm less.
I also do high intensity swimming and pullups for those that are curious.
Well just wow π³. The mix of all your activities seems to work perfectly for you ππΌβΊοΈ. I don't know about your BF. Do you have a scale with handles? They are the only ones that send an electric signal through your arms to your legs. All others can't reach high enough to be precise enough.

Yes I do. I try to do both strength workouts and yoga when I am not sick. Only foot sensors won't be very accurate. Try the Omron Full Body Composition Monitor and Scale (HBF-514C) It's undefeated for many years for being the most precise one. I'm not affiliated π.
