Sorry, new to this level of bodybuilding. If you’re taking testosterone isn’t that kind of cheating? 220 is basically normal (maybe a tad under but nothing near needing trt)? Not trying to be mean. Legit just wondering

It’s more about if you want honest feedback it’s hard to give when you’re using performance enhancing drugs.

Because research shows that testosterone significantly increases muscle growth and reduces body fat. So if two men work out the same, the one on testosterone will look like they have put in significantly more work, even if they potentially put in less.
