I got you man. I’ve been lifting 20 years now. Started out at 135, I’m 200-210 now. Personal trainer certified and I love lifting, it’s a huge coping skill for me. DM if you have any questions. Make sure you’re eating at a surplus’s and hitting it 2x a week at least, 3x max. Progressive overload.

Flat barbell press, followed by incline dumbbell flys, followed by cable flys does wonders for me. Pyramid style lifting so heavy, medium and hypertrophy sets. chefs kiss
