I was bulking up this summer before my sophomore year of college started then I got busy with classes and focused more on school and lost weight because I donβt have moms cooking. As you can pry see the majority of the weight in my 6ft tall 140-145lb body is in my legs (which is what I want I gotta have a good waist to thigh ratio) but I was wondering what muscle groups to improve on and some good dumbbell exercises I can implement for those groups.
