I see a lot of people say that the show needs to add more “ flexibility or climbing challenges” to make it fair for the women
And I agree ( being athletic doesn’t just mean how much weight you can lift)
But having those challenges make up most of the show ( that people think women will have an upper hand at ) isn’t that being unfair to some of the male participants? - they need to find the right balance because at the end of the day it’s about ENTERTAINMENT
And some people will say why don’t just make the challenges 50/50 - but that won’t effect the end result/ winner - e.g if 1st challenge is catered to women - yes they will be more females that advance to 2nd round but if the 2nd round is about physical strength then A LOT more women will have to face men which = to a lot of women being eliminated
Also yes men have an upper hand at the physical aspect but SEPARATION is not the answer -( I always see in comments that there are shows like that - so just go and watch them)
Also all my female friends enjoy the fact that women compete with men even if they lose - the fact that they see a women challenge a man is pretty awesome
Anyway, sorry for the rant - I know this is adding fuel to fire of “ it’s unfair” but it’s really starting to get annoying
