Okay not to be to personal but I’m honestly out of options and I need to figure this out asap … long story short my kids mother has fled the country and I’ve tried everything with courts and it just seems as if they can’t serve someone out of the country , what I’m trying to achieve is reaching out to Canada to see if we can publicize this in a newspaper to serve her Canada has done this before , I just need to figure out the location if any of you can lighten this street sign so I can see where it is in Canada … tip will be given you would be doing me a huge favor !!!
