HELP ! IPhone11ProMax purchased .. carrier lock issues.

I recently purchased an iPhone 11Pro Max this device is carrier set to a company called US cellular connection now I called the company and in order to have the cell phone or device unlocked you have to be the original owner of the account. I can’t get this info I bought phone online. What is a good site or program I could use to bypass this and have the carrier unlock device via the IMEI number ,as utilizing the carrier original carrier and or Apple is out of the question. There is no iCloud lock or any other issues
