Hi there, I am 39-year-old homeless male presently doing the couch, surfing and not enjoying near as much as when I was 16 and to that end looking to find a creative way out of this predicament I am in between steady work right now I have web analytics part-time thing and I pick up things on the apps. I apply for jobs like a maniac. I have over 30 years (and yes, you read right 39 years old over 30 years of work experience that what family businesses are like. exploitation starts at home) and of course it’s not a good decade for jobs but the point is I’m certainly capable and I’m certainly willing of work at a job work as a bartering type thing I mean whatever’s clever. I’m flexible for the accommodation itself, I am open to a lot of ideas. I would prefer it to be in the city limits of Phoenix if it all possible or one of the bordering cities, I don’t presently have a vehicle a long distance commute is not something that would seem to be an option.

A couple of the ideas that I have been kicking around in my head include a garage within which I would have a portable swamp cooler and perhaps one of those really high and fancy tents just to keep the cool air or the heat depending because I’m kind of having friends over and then we could put a combo deadbolt on the door into the house And as exposed as I’d like, and everyone else that lives, there wouldn’t have another outbuilding if it’s insulated air conditioned I know some people that have their playrooms in the shed and you very successful very nicely very well done and I’m open to Motorhome parked minivan in a carport I mean, I actually kind of want to try something a little unorthodox because I really want to look back on this fondly and hindsight because it’s turning point was some wonderfully creative out of the box triumph that nobody could have expected and thrill years to work that would be super cool to me. I want to be exposed that is here in the desert just to kill me I am not considering tree houses. I’m not considering anything unfinished in that way, if there’s a chance, it would just be privacy space delineation, and air conditioning purposes indoors in the garage in the covered patio whatever I’m not considering completely outdoor living at this point sharing amenities with other roommates I myself queer male into males. My guests are predominantly like 98% sisgender male. I make the decision as to who I hook up with on a case by case basis I’m a hedonist so I don’t say no unless I really think that I will have a great time or I can’t help them. Have a great time and I have maturity I can bang whoever I don’t, but that color anything I’m not one that easily catches feelings all the time all over town Respect roommates that don’t wanna bang me or you don’t have that emotional maturity and that’s a line they don’t wanna cross I can respect that. I don’t understand it for one second but I respect that and that’s about where I can leave that statement open to whatever I don’t judge choices, but I won’t move in with anybody unless it’s like a separate residence like on the same property maybe possibly if the situation works with somebody that smokes blues just because I find that sickening like I get actually legit physically ill. It’s not a thing I can do unfortunately and it is not me trying to be insulting her in the purgative at all. I just can’t actually do. I’d rather you know that now than later.

The right answer is in a commercial building somewhere so if you know a landlord that would like to stay in his lane, count his blessings and count his money and leave me alone or if you are that landlord hit me up. I’m not trying to do anything that would be , but technically against rules, but not hurting anything or anybody I would just be living so yeah that’s another thing. I do clean houses on the side. I’ll put that name as soon as I make one up I’ll put that up on the door. That’s no problem. I can look as legit as it needs to be as legit as it needs to. I just think that might be the answer to my concerns as well or combination of all these things. Maybe I don’t know.

Speaking of my qualifications, I am also thinking about finally trying to get a new housecleaning business as it were off the ground my clientele for that needs to be exclusively male. I have nothing against women, but if I’m going to do this bucket thing, I’m going to do it my way.

But as far as more conventional work, I am qualified in a lot of ways. I’ve had a lot of different experiences overnight like audit security whatever cropped up open to ideas.

So if you have a room or a shade or a garage or an office or probably a barn but some sort of outbuilding or tire shop I might go for it. I am open to commercial building discretion, etc. just have to be no reason confident that the landlord can stand his land and his blessings , open to a bartering thing a partial bartering partial currency thing a I don’t know it’s things that you might have a great plan/situation and I am willing to consider anything reasonable. I’m not moving out of this valley not moving in with anybody incompatible just for the sake of it. This is something I don’t take lightly I don’t live anywhere where people are unhappy and that end if I don’t think we’re a match I’m gonna be honest with you and that’s all I expect in return.
