Phobia of Exposed Innards? (typically on dead animals or humans)

I tend to get extremely sick when I see roadkill or dead animals like cockroaches that have exposed bodies. I think it is because you can see their insides. The nature of seeing the exposed insides of something once living, especially on a level where the body is deformed, disturbs me on an extreme level. Is this considered necrophobia or is this its own thing? I tried looking it up but it seems that this phobia may not have a name yet. Also, does anyone else get this as well? I am curious.
