Phimosis Question

I just found this sub reddit and saw the picture about the phimosis level. When flaccid, i can retract my foreskin all the way down so i guess its normal and i don’t have phimosis? However when erect, i cant retract it at all..do I actually have phimosis? Is it just a matter of keep stretching? I m mid 30s and never thought about it until recently..
