Stretching 5x a week with the weekends as my rest days.
Morning: pull foreskin as far back as comfortably possible without pain. 10 second stretches with 10-20 seconds rests in between for a total of 5 minutes.
Night: After a warm shower I use the two finger method. Inserting my thumbs underneath my foreskin, I pull apart the phimotic band with gentle force in opposite directions. 1 minute stretching with a minute break in between for a total of two sets. Once done, I apply a small amount of coconut oil and rub on the surface of my foreskin (mainly where skin needs stretching).
Any suggestions would be appreciated ✌️
