Any guidance on what this is and how to proceed? I do have a tight foreskin but it looks like a part of the foreskin is stuck in opening, so is normal stretching the way to go about this or something additional?

From the pic in the about section it seems like I'm somewhere between stage 2 and 3, just worried about the foreskin being stuck there. I will most likely be visiting the urologist in a week or 2, just looking for some advice in the meanwhile
