If I PC jars, how long can I keep them stored before I innoculate?

Hi guys,
I've currently got a batch of GT in bulk and all is going well upto now 🤞.
I was given a brand new Pressure Cooker from a relative however its only small and only holds 2 mason jars at a time.
If one weekend I do nothing but sterilise jars from waking up until bed, how long would they keep before innoculation? as I want to run a large batch my next go while we have good tempratures.
