Why do foreigners block you immediately when you don’t get to reply instantly?

I just noticed that some foreign people who visit or want to visit here instantly block you when you didn’t reply in a second. They are so enthusiastic to chat and express that they like you a lot but as soon as you got busy for a second they will block you. I could be outside roaming or got to do stuff inside the house. Is the patience level that low? It doesn’t mean that we don’t like you or not really interested if we don’t reply back quickly. I know some can wait but I experience it more than 10 times already lol
