Ikukuha ko Nanay ko ng passport sana kaso may discrepancy kasi sa birth certificate nya, bale may dagdag na 1 letter sa first name niya dun sa birth cert (ex. Faye instead of Fay). Pero sa lahat ng ibang ID niya and other docs buong buhay nya eh yung Fay ang nakalagay. Hirap din ipaayos sa local registrar sa probinsya for some reason.
Pero based sa website ng DFA, kapag no birth cert and born on or before 1950 eh pwede naman na PSA certificate of no birth record affidavit of 2 disinterested persons na lang. So naisip ko ganun na lang gawin, since similar docs din sinubmit namin dati nung nagclaim cia ng insurance ng tatay ko. May nakaexperience na ba sa inyo na parents or kakilala nio (or kayo mismo, old people of reddit, kung nanjan kayo!) na nakakuha ng passport with these documents lang? Gusto ko lang masure na walang aberya kung sakali, salamat!
