El Nido, best transportation other than shuttle?

Is there a way to get around at whatever random time without having to wait a specific time for hotel shuttles?
Just would love to not have to be restricted on time doing activities like being at the beach and have to worry about being back in time for the next shuttle.
Looking for Uber type service that I can just pay someone on the spot anytime I want to go somewhere.
