Int’l companies are now talking of pulling out new jobs in PH because of the new president…
Post Body

I work as VP of projects and transitions in one of the biggest BPO in PH and this week there was a small discussion about revisiting transitions for next year. We have an ongoing project to transition almost 1000 jobs to PH and our Bangalore hub was raised. The new president is not yet proclaimed but leadership is already talking about the future of work.

I also have a good friend working in another big BPO and there are talks about maybe transferring existing roles to India. Will not happen this year but planning will start Q3.

Do some of you hear same talks in your companies or other companies?
