Hi, all! Recently I started getting this weird text message from PAGIBIGFUND:

To avoid foreclosure or cancellation of your contract, we encourage you to avail of our various settlement programs such as Loan Restructuring and Plan of Payment. You may visit our website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph for the list of requirements or inquire at any of our Housing Business Centers nearest you. Please disregard this notice if payment has been made. Thank you and stay safe.

I have never applied for a housing loan ever. I just started working back in 2019. I am also most definitely not ARISTOTLE, whoever that may be. Is this something that I should worry about or can I safely ignore this? And what can or should I do about it? Thank you!
