Question about ordering in amazon

So I’m a newbie in ordering online and not paying through COD and I’ve never ordered in Amazon before, so I was wondering about if gcash can be used to pay for orders and how often do orders get their delivery dates changed or how often do they deliver to the wrong address. Any help is appreciated :)
