I know I'm also not an expert with food, but this is my pet peeve. I always cringe at the thought that almost every Pinoy I know will call cream based/white sauce pasta as Carbonara. Just.... Why? I'm curious to know. Because as far as I know, it is made from eggs and cheese.. And not cream!
