For the past weeks, my sleep has been intermittently disturbed for some unknown reasons. I haven't been sleeping enough and I do not want its adverse effects on my mental and physical health.
As much as I want it, I do not know what to do. My sleeps are too shallow to the extent that even the slightest movements and sounds wake me up. Grabe.
Ironically, now that I have lots of time to sleep since I have a flexible work schedule, sleep has been so elusive compared with that of when I had to adhere to a very strict work schedule.
We really indeed live in a very interesting yet draining time. There's something unconscious in us that stays us awake at night. Something unexplainable but you know it us there. Hope to find answers soon. For now:
I JUST WANT TO SLEEP! Lord, help me sleep. 😳😪
