I am having a problem with my mother's pension. Hoping some could help.
Post Body

So here's the story. My mother died in 2011 of leukemia. Her sister has watched over us ever since. However there was one thing. So everything was going fine, we get a monthly compensation. Everybody happy.

Until after three years. Ni-loan niya sa isang lending company iyong pension. At first, pumayag kami since we really needed it. But then he loaned it again the next year. And then the next year. He's been doing so ever since. Kahit na kinausap ko na siya na 'wag niya nang i-loan. We're not getting even a cent from it dahil hindi ko alam kung saan niya ginagastos iyon. Then we got into a confrontation, he's claiming that he was one of the beneficiaries (which is totally not true, the documents can prove that).

Now, ang setup namin ay nagtatrabaho siya sa Bicol, and he's sending us money here in the city. But then we found out he has built another family there already. So my concern is baka gamitin niya iyong pension namin at ibigay sa bagong pamilya niya.

Is there a way to revoke his authorization para mawalan na siya ng rights na i-loan iyon at makuha namin ulit? I would really value your help. Thanks!

tl;dr: My shady step dad has been claiming my dead mother's pension for his own benefit, and I need some help to get it back.
