Picking a good review course for Med Tech licensure

Hello! I live in the U.S., but my cousin who lives in Ozamiz City asked me to help her find a good prep school/review course for her Med Tech licensure/board prep. I'm not sure why she didn't ask one of her friends or someone in the Philippines, because I don't even know where to start. Any ideas? Location is not important--she's willing to go anywhere. Somewhere safe for a girl with a good program? Thank you!
