Basically, we have a neighbor in who keeps on making up drama for no reason. Just tonight, while my uncle was taking our dog outside to relieve itself, our 'friendly' neighbor went outside just to say to my Uncle that he should get the dog back inside our lot and stop what the dog is doing because, and I quote, "Dumadaan ako diyan". I would've thought that this was a perfectly valid reason, but it's not, if you consider that the dog was relieving itself on another neighbor's lot(Front of the lot) who we are friendly with(And with their permission) and the area he was relieving in is a pit AND the width of the dirt road is enough for two cars to drive side-by-side(So she can just move 1 meter or two and go around). "Well, maybe the neighbor is afraid of your dog?". No. Our dog is a pure bread and pure white ChowChow. It's well disciplined and the dog is somewhat known in the neighborhood for being friendly and approachable(And she has never bitten anyone; not even a growl.[Which I think is bad since she trusts people too much, anyway.]).

This isn't the first. The neighbor has accused us of living our dog's shit in front of her house which isn't true. There are many askals and pusakals in our area(They're friendly though) and I'm pretty sure one of them was the culprit, but No~~~. She insists that we're the ones who did it just to spite her. She reported us to barangay officials and my Mom had to go and attend, but nothing of value happened except my Mom's blood boiling. There are many more, but I can't put it all up in one post and I don't want to make the post too long.

Anyway, is there a way to kick her out of the neighborhood? The other neighbors also hate her and I planned on making a petition but I don't know if petitions even work in the Philippines.
