Engineering Schools around Alabang-Paranaque Area?

Thinking of transferring, my old school was nice. but my health ( and parents are like no you are okay, then asks why are you failing your class and classmates be like are you okay you look so drained, also like went to the school nurse for most part of the 1st year ) is suffering because of the Traffic there.

Anyways, Tuition shouldnt be a problem, but looking for schools. Also parents dont like dorms

Im currently 2nd year of Computer Engineering. thinking of shifting to a similar course like ECE or something if my course isn't really available
