What is this? Someone sa barangay namin started giving this paper, saying na may ayuda raw. I think it's too good to be true. Please give me info about this kind of activities and their organization. Iniingatan ko personal information ko saka para na rin masabihan ko mgakkapitbahay namin. Salamat!
