Idk if this is an appropriate thought, but I’m genuinely wondering if there’s ever a program in each region or something for the homeless, to help them somehow. Maybe some voluntary community activities that will reward them with food and offer a community shelter, give them some tasks based on their age & capabilities (put them on some test) til they can earn for themselves, para hindi sila basta aasa lang sa ayuda, etc. Why are there no officers who are bringing the kids to the DSWD?
And all those similar scripts.
