Grab Payment Verification Issues

I’ve been trying to get verified on Grab for literally months now, na-try ko na lahat ng ID at proof of address ko.

Everything is as clear as day, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. It just tells me there’s some sort of error with either my ID or my proof of address na hindi naman totoo.

Instead of being able to use this money to pay for bills, it’s just stuck with Grab. Anyone know a support line or a fix to this?

For the record this last submission is my Philippine Passport and my last CC Statement. It has all my details crystal clear and framed exactly the way they’ve instructed.
