Magtatanong sana ako regarding this matter. May kapitbahay kasi kami na pinababayaan yung relative nila na may mental disabilities na gumalagala sa village namin.
May legal violation ba regarding this matter?
Nakakaperwisyo na kasi. Madalas yung relative nila na may mental disabilities nagwawala tuwing gabi, nakakaabala sa pagtulog.
