I bought a town house and I’m currently renting it out, pero gusto ko na ibenta sa umuupa. I tried inquiring about repurchase of property, pero andaming requirements and for sure magtataas din yung amortization paglipat sa account nung bibili kasi they’re almost 40 years old na. I’m paying less than 10k per month for it, kaya hindi naman super bigat if biglang umayaw yung buyer. Siguro I can stipulate sa contract na portion lang nung nabayad nya yung masosoli, or if di sya makapagbayad ng 3 months then void na yung transaction?
I’m out of my depth here and I just need some insights and I have a few questions.
- If we don’t do the repurchase of property process, do we just draw a contract about sa terms?
- Do we draft the terms and have an attorney look over it or may template ba yun?
- Does PAGIBIG need to be notified or is it perfectly fine na between samin lang yung agreement?
So far yan lang yung naiisip ko, but if you have any other tips or advice, I would appreciate it!
