Its useless to apply job in any Philippines government agencies, if you don't have any backer or connection to a politician and to a higher official in the government

No wonder.. Philippines will never be improved because from national and local government agencies preferred to hired people they are close too than a competent person with experiences, skills, and licensed

One of my friends has experience, skill, license, and also master degree just didn't get promotion and all their work they just given to her, while her lazy and good for nothing but active marites coworker who don't have skill, experience, and knowledge to the job just get promoted as regular because the HR is her relative. And to mention there are also ghost employees who only went to job to get his "salary".

And then there's me.. couple of times i have applied for vacant position in government agencies but still i can't get hired.. because i found out that the hiring process in the government is just a scam.. every vacant position are already reserve to someone.. its really sucks

No wonder there are a lot of Filipino worker aboard because both private and government employment in the Philippines are full of BS
