has anyone here tried the Return/Exchange policy from the brand StraightForward?

so basically, I bought the buy 1 take 1 tote bags and bought the wrong size for my other tote bag and I wanted to exchange the size. Would it be possible to go the physical store I bought it from and have it exchanged?? I read on google na it was possible as long as I have the reciepts and the price tag is still intact but I just wanted to ask here din to make sure 😅
