Ignore the insane face and hair on before pic. It was right when I woke up lol.

I wanted to let people know what worked for me. I get prescribed 30 pills per month of the 30 something mg capsules.

I found that I see the most success on weekdays

Basically I take one pill in the morning and then another before noon and that lets me eat breakfast and something high protein before my next pill. Then I don’t need to eat the rest of the day except 1-2 protein shakes or a ninja creami protein ice cream.

I see huge improvements this way. Seeing as I get 30 pills, this means I run out after 3 weeks of usage and then that fourth week before my next bottle is a tolerance reset.

I build tolerance to things quickly so this is the best method for me. One pill a day ended up not doing much very quickly. 5 days on. 2 days off is a great schedule and you also get a full week off tolerance break once a month.

If I had a bigger script I would extend into Sundays since that’s a tough day to not eat a lot for me.
